Cultivating a Culture of Development: Interprofessional Collaboration and Teamwork at Cleveland Clinic

At Cleveland Clinic, one of the ways in which we promote a culture of development is by fostering interprofessional collaboration and teamwork. Through training, team coaching, and applied scholarship, we empower healthcare teams to work effectively together and develop caring relationships—enhancing the quality and safety of patient care and supporting our organizational mission of educating those who serve. We'll discuss how our office’s interprofessional learning and development initiatives are shaping the experience and effectiveness of teamwork for caregivers, our plans for expanding our reach, and the transferable principles that can benefit organizations across industries.
